Seattle Seahawks
Meet the kind of fan that doesn’t need convincing. They already bought the jersey. They already read the injury report. They were already up watching the game at some ungodly hour. They do, however, need a partner, friend or family member in their life who cares enough to buy something for them in return. Whoever that’s pointed at...THIS. IS. FOR. YOU.
You don’t cheer casually as a Seahawks fan. The 12s have earned their title. Literally – half the country shook when Seahawks scored during their games at CenturyLink (you might know it as Lumens Field) and we’re guessing the people behind those shakes don’t want some generic gift that was thrown together. They want something that shows how serious they are about the thing they care about. So we haven’t filled this up with stocking stuffers and easy license merchandise that you could give to a fan of any other team. Everything we picked is considered, football-specific and actually worth wrapping.
We took time to think about all the types of Seahawks fans who need gifts throughout the year. The birthday falling mid-season and your recipient has already got half their mind dedicated to tracking injuries. Christmas for the family member who hosts a watch party in their living room from September to January. The buddy who hasn’t missed a home game and keeps threatening to make it to Seattle to see you guys play. The youngster who just became a fan last year and is only on their second year of what will likely be a lifelong, sometimes painful journey.
The throughline we kept coming back to with all those situations was this. Would a true fan actually want this? Or did it just sport the logo. If we’re buying something for a real fan it better serve a purpose beyond “Hey look at where I put the team logo!” Putting the team color alone on something isn’t enough. We tried to think of items that would work for the person who knows everything about their team. They can explain who previously wore number 12 before it was passed to the fan base. They won’t need you to explain why that specific shade of green is special.
Keeping it lean was intentional. We don’t want to overwhelm you with options. We want to give you the best hits for the Seahawks fan in your life.
