There’s a Bears fan out there who doesn’t need convincing, who has braved the wind chill at Soldier Field and returned for more the following week, who has an opinion about every QB controversy all the way back to a time they’d rather not think about. Buying for that person isn’t difficult when you know what you’re doing. Buying dumb gifts for that person, on the other hand, is incredibly easy.
Generic NFL gear comes in vast quantities. Vast quantities of garbage. We already have clothes. When was the last time you purchased a team jersey that wasn’t for game day? Baseball hats are great and all but they quickly end up tossed into a drawer or passed on at a gift exchange with no hard feelings. We didn’t want to compile a list of that stuff.
No, we wanted to put together a list of gear that a TRUE Bears fan would love to receive as a gift. The kind of presents that will sit around long after opening, that your loved one will proudly wear on game day and will be proud to sport months down the road. We researched the options and selected only what we’d be comfortable handing our own damn jersey to. That ruled out most of the options on the internet. That’s why we decided to create this list.

We kept this list short intentionally. Every product on this list earned its spot because we loved it. Not one item was included because it helped us fill an “ accessory” section or looked good on our white background stock photo. If we felt silly imagining someone giving it as a gift, we nixed it. When we were finished, we ended up with a list that we’d be ecstatic to find browsing if we were in the market for Bears gifts ourselves.
